A poster describing the NeuroSolve project was presented at ECTMIH 2023 by Prof. Sarah Gabriel, in representation of the NeuroSolve consortium. The poster summarizes how the NeuroSolve project aims to improve health outcomes for patients with neurocysticercosis in sub-Saharan Africa. The European Congress on Tropical Medicine and International Health (ECTMIH) took place from 20 to 23 November 2023 in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and aimed to accelerate the understanding, appreciation, and connections between tropical medicine, global health, the urgent field of planetary health, and to build on global health traditions to emphasize the importance of health equity and universal health coverage to ensure that all populations – and especially those in low(er) resource settings – have optimal chances of health and wellbeing.
